Extrusion dimensions

HAP produces aluminium extrusions in a wide span of sizes from small to big extrusions. The circumscribing circle is a crucial measure of the extrusion´s size.

The diameter of the circumscribing circle (DCC) is a measure of the extrusion’s size and therefore determines the material thickness, tolerances and price. Below are the measurement limits within which HAP can supply aluminium extrusions based on the DCC.

The graph shows maximum dimensions of extrusion that can be produced on our three presses with capacity of 1.200, 2.200 and 7.000 tonnes. HAP makes extrusions weighing from 80g/m up to 30 kg/m.

The maximum sizes can vary depending on the alloy, material thickness, complexity and tolerances
